The background for my column is not loading correctly on the live mobile version
-
So I’ve been working on this for ages with no success. The issue only affects the live MOBILE version, it generates correctly in the editor. I use ElementorPro as well.
We have a .png as the column background. It is set to cover the entire column to provide enough to cover the content in that column. On the live mobile version, the background image size is showing as set to contain, not cover, so it is just a small image and looks bad with the content (essentially unreadable).
We have tried to remove and add a newly uploaded version of that .png but it is not working, but it weirdly worked on the homepage and events page. All others did not respond to this attempt and still load incorrectly.

I spoke with Elementor support, they said “that error can be a contributing factor to your inability to scroll as this editor frame is being blocked due to the CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) policy set on your web server.” They told me to contact my host, who said that is not the issue but an issue with our Theme (which is Hello Elementor). This doesn’t make sense to me bc the issue is not sitewide and the theme is relatively empty of extras. What do you guys think? Any suggestions at all?
