Flogia ‘Show Text’ feature

    I am using the Flogia slider and I have the Text Limit set to 21. The setting does not specify whether that is characters or words.
    You can see on that URL that on the 3rd slide there is much more than 21 characters or even 21 words showing. The 1st and 2nd slides seem to be showing limited text but not that 3rd slide. Any ideas on how I can make that setting work? Thanks
