How to fix Career Totals & Player Stats

    Hello,

    Our 1st Season of the 4 Player Chess League is wrapping up this weekend.

    Our League supports 4 players playing against each other, which is called FFA in 4 Player Chess. Overall the software is working pretty well, but I’m unable to display FFA stats and Career stats properly.

    Our website supports 2 different Leagues. 1 is a Teams League, where 2 teams play against each other, and the other is “FFA” where 4 players play against each other, and Winner gets 3 points, 2nd and 3rd get 1 point, and 4th gets 0.

    Is there anything that can be done to fix the Career Totals for individual players? The software is combining the Teams & FFA totals, and is not displaying the player’s FFA stats at all.

    I hope this is clear, I’ve tried everything possible and can’t seem to get this to work. I been waiting on a script from the developers for over a month now, and not sure what to do next as our Season is literally coming to an end this weekend, but would like this fixed for future seasons.

    Is there a stats section image on the player edit page
    It seems that the assignment process for that league has not been made.

    I’ve been waiting for a custom script for this section for over a month now, and need to know what code to change within the script.

    Hi;

    Assign for the FFA Primary League
    On the right in the “Details” section Leagues just add the FFA Primary League in the same field assigned to the Team Primary League then save it.
    Then assign Team in Statistics field

    Thanks, but I’ve already done that, as you can see I can’t choose a “Team” for FFA Premier League, which is the player I need to select. Right now it just says “None”

    The issue is that the FFA Premier League is not a team competition, it’s 4 players playing against each other. So the “Team” I’m supposed to select is actually the player “LosChessquire” but there’s no drop down menu to choose from.

    I hope @rochesterj can have a look again, this is the only fix pending which needs some custom code he said.

    If you enter Losquesos for the current team and LosChessquire for the past team in the player edit, a pop-up selection will occur in the player’s career.

    I tried that, still can’t select the player :/

    The past Team only shows “Teams” not players.

    If teams are different, current and past teams are written.
    Remove the previous team.
    Edit LosQuesos from the Sportpress>Club menu
    “Teams Premier League” and “FFA Premier League” should be added to the league section.

    Then when you come to the player page, it will be when you assign the team in the statistics.

    LosChessquire’s Teams Premier League and FFA Premier League appear to be participating.

    However, the FFA Premier League is blank in player statistics, as club LosQuesos is assigned only as Teams Premier League.

    That did it!

    How do I fix the Career Totals so it’s showing FFA totals, and Teams Totals separate, right now it’s combining both. Thanks so much!

    Sportspres player stats come in two types

    1.Total
    It contains statistics by league in seasons.

    2. All Career
    This gives the sum of all leagues in the season.

    In Player stats, you can check the Total, All Career selection in Sportspress>Settings, in the Players tab, in the Statistics section.

    Player

    When you remove all Careers, only leagues will remain.

    In player arrangement
    Keep Losquesos for current team
    You can remove the past team Losquesos

    I’ll try it out as well in the future. I assumed you just couldn’t display individual stats.
