[Plugin: Events Manager] New feature: per event email and page settings

Until now, it was impossible to have different email templates per event (something that is imho quite normal) and every event page also looked the same (even if it had no end date, etc …). This resulted in quite some troubles and weird workarounds using attributes.
I now fixed this: you can now have custom email templates to the respondent and contact person, as well as different page title and content templates for a single event.

This update is not visible from the wordpress admin section (so no automatic update) since I’m not the official maintainer ( …yet)
