    Hi, I get the error “Item uploaded through multiple feeds” when uploading my products via CTX-Feed to my Google Merchant account.

    The problem is that my original language Products have the same ID as the translated versions. I can not change that due to how the site is structured. Is there a solution for this?

    Detailed description of the error on Google Merchant: “The item was previously uploaded using a different feed. Please make sure to use the same feed for all uploads of a given item. Below are some example items that are affected by this issue.”

    Please, add that feed as a supplementary feed on GMC. Here you can find the instructions on how to add a supplementary feed – https://youtu.be/JzPVOVLtzVY

    Hi Badal, thanks for your reply. I followed the instructions but unfortunately on my Google Merchant Center I do not see the same Options as you do in the Settings of the primary feed. I do have the option to add additional countries of sale for a specific primary feed, but I can’t choose a different language within a primary feed.

    I have deleted my primary feeds and recreated them, but the issue persists. Please see the attached screenshot (https://imgur.com/a/1vFaESF).
