    One of our websites has been going down over the past couple of weeks. I’ve used a backup to restore its functionality and have narrowed it down to the latest Storefront update. I’m using the Pharmacy child theme with the parent being Storefront. The site went down last night when Storefront was updated automatically. All other plugins were updated prior to this update and functioned properly. Currently on PHP 7.4 and PharmacyVersion: 2.0.5 The following error appears after enabling debugging:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_woocommerce_activated() in /var/www/wp-content/themes/pharmacy-master/inc/class-pharmacy-template.php:32 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(307): Pharmacy_Template->layout_adjustments(Object(WP)) #1 /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(331): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /var/www/wp-includes/plugin.php(524): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp.php(787): do_action_ref_array(‘wp’, Array) #4 /var/www/wp-includes/functions.php(1330): WP->main(”) #5 /var/www/wp-blog-header.php(16): wp() #6 /var/www/index.php(17): require(‘/var/www/wp-blo…’) #7 {main} thrown in /var/www/wp-content/themes/pharmacy-master/inc/class-pharmacy-template.php on line 32
    There has been a critical error on this website.`

    I have never used Woocommerce with this theme in the past. I did try to install the Woocommerce plugin to see if that would clear the error without success.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

  • Hello,

    To get a better idea about the site configuration, please share a copy of your site’s System Status: It is located under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Thanks.
