Issues with MP4 uploading

I recently tried to add an MP4 to my webpage and am having problems with the way it is able to be accessed. If you click on the other MP3/4’s on my page, the media player will automatically start to play them. If you click on the new MP4 (the one entitled “The Open Circuit”), a dialogue box open asking which program I want to use to open the file. This also happens when I click on its corresponding “Score (PDF)” link, and the other tracks on that page do not have these issues.
Does this have anything to do with the new version of Firefox I am running? If not, could it have something to do with the new version of WordPress? Here is the page:
