Does not translate plug-in elements

    I have a website in Latvian. I have Delivery plug-in (Shipping with Venipak for WooCommerce), but delivery timing does not translate at the Checkout. The sentence is translated in Loco plug-in translation, however shows in English on the actual site. I also have the same issue with personal data collection notification at the Checkout – it is translated in WooCommerce plug-in, but still shows in English on the actual site. Can somebody please advise how to fix it?
