    Hi Dear,

There’s an issue when trying to add a link through Post a Job page https://domainname.com.au/post-a-job/
From the Description Editor, when Insert/edit link icon clicked the page jumps to the bottom and can’t scroll up back unless refreshing the browser tab.

Website active theme: Jobify by astoundify.

    Please help.

    Thank you,
    Alan

    Hi @archalan86

I tested this on a default theme (Storefront) and could not reproduce the issue. I would recommend that you test on Storefront to see if you still have the issue. If you do not, you will know that the issue is with the Jobify theme. At that point, you would need to consult the developers of that theme. You can reach them here:

    https://themeforest.net/item/jobify-wordpress-job-board-theme/5247604/support

If you continue to experience the issue when using a default theme, you will then need to check for conflicting plugins. Try disabling all of your plugins except WP Job Manager (and add-ons). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

You would then need to either leave that plugin disabled or reach out to the developers for a fix.

Let us know what you find out.

    Just an update.

The issue was a plugin compatibility with (XYZ WP SMAP Premium)

    Thank you.

    Hi @archalan86,

Thanks for updating us, I’m glad you were able to find the plugin that was causing the compatibility issue!

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions, let us know!
