    I made them manually all the time. I opened 3 tickets, but nobody helps FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT

    For almost a year I was trying to find solutions to their changes, and they answer me that expecting changes from DHL

    But DHL hadn’t made any changes that affected the plugin or were relevant to the problem I was having.

    Support was slow to respond or said they were waiting for a response from DHL.

    In 1 year I lost several foreign customers and found a solution only with the help of a technician independent from elex extension.

    I have all the communication on file and if necessary after consulting a lawyer, I will release some of the correspondence.

    I asked to be given a one year license because it wasn’t working due to the problems and they said NO
