Shop Engines checkout not showing as it looks in elementor editor

    For some reason as of recently every template I use in Shop-Engine is not showing as it should be. When I edit the checkout page or use a default template. What is shown does not appear in the checkout of my website. Lastly, I like my customers to see images of the products in their shopping cart at the checkout. THe images at the checkout usually show up, but now they are not appearing in the checkout template.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m very sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

    The ShopEngine Template may not appear correctly on the Frontend due to modifying the Default pages of WooCommerce or not saving the template as the default Template for WooCommerce.

    First of all, make sure that the Template you have created is marked as Default Template(Screenshot).

    If you have modified the Default Checkout Page of WooCommerce or have removed the SHortcode From there, then you need to remove the Checkout page completely from the Pages section of your site. After removing that, regenerate the default pages of WooCommerce by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create Pages button(Create default WooCommerce pages). I hope the issue will be solved right after that.

    in response to your other query- If you are using the ShopEngine Cart and Checkout Template, then the product Image will always appear there. I have checked the Checkout page of your site and found that the Product Image is appearing properly. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding.

    Since the image is appearing properly, will you please check by clearing the caches from your site? I hope it will help.

    Hey, I have a problem with this too! when trying to create a checkout page the layout shows as half screen and not the same as in elementor editor
