    I have added sale price to my products but they do now show in Facebook.

    When syncing your products to Facebook, the sale price should certainly be shown, as long as it is being set through the WooCommerce default sale price field and not by another plugin.

    Let’s figure out why the prices aren’t lining up.

    When you are setting a sale price, are you using the default WooCommerce sale price field, or is another plugin determining this price?

    If you are using the default WooCommerce sale price field, can you please try deleting/resetting the product on Facebook, and then letting it resync? You can do that using this box:

    Failing that, you might try doing the same for *all* products, and then letting the entire catalog resync:

    Excellent. Could you wait for the changes to sync and subsequently verify if the sale prices are updating, or not yet?

    If not, here are some further steps to take in troubleshooting this:

    1. This plugin points at custom code running on the site. Kindly make sure to try again with custom code disabled.

    2. Caching! If nothing worked so far, kindly disable all caches, server-side and browser cache, and try again.

    I have tried disabling all plugins – except woocommerce and Facebook for Woocommerce.

    Tried another theme.

    I have read the official documentation and still have no idea where to look for a solution.

    Any more help is appreciated.

    I noticed your site has a lot of failed jobs which can be a sign that something is wrong with WP-Cron.

    Can you please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them if there’s something wrong with WP-Cron functionality?

    Also, some hosts install a script on multi-site configurations to end tasks taking more than 60 seconds so please mentioned that to your host as well to make sure that’s not the case.

    Thanks. I investigated this a bit as well. Did not find a solution. I ended up creating a new catalog. Removed to old and updated my ads. The problem were in the interaction with Woocommerce and Meta.

    I’m glad to hear you were able to find a workaround, but I agree it’s definitely not the ideal solution for this issue.

    Reading back through the previous conversation, I’m not seeing that we ever confirmed if you were using the Facebook Price field or if you left that blank in your product settings.

    Can you confirm if you have a value set there that may have been overriding the WooCommerce price settings?

    Thanks for confirming that! — If the problem persists, can you try to disconnect and reconnect again to make sure all is working as expected?

    I did a test on my site, and the values are synced correctly. Let us know how it goes if you perform that on your end.
