Unable to update plugins

    I have some plugins on wp.org . Whenever i try to commit to wordpress SVN I get the message “forbidden by the server” .
    As you can see I am the owner of the plugin but still unable to commit changes.

    As a result a lot of my plugins remain outdated on wp.org, note while i am able to commit changes on some plugins, i get the ofrbidden error in some plugins.
