    Hi there,
    I had an issue with a different compliance plugin, and switched to Complianz to solve this. Bummer… didn’t work.
    The Leaflet map is cut in half, even after accepting all in Complianz. Seems that the MapPress CSS gets blocked, see communication with the MapPress developer below. Also, MapPress is marked as ?marketing‘, where it should be ?function‘.
    Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    Very weird!? The issue is with this div Complianz inserts above the map:

    <div class="" data-placeholder_class_index="1">

    There is CSS in file ‘mappress.css’ to expand that div.? But on your site it looks like Complianz left the ‘mappress.css’ file commented out.? It looks like this:

    <!-- <link rel='stylesheet' id='mappress-css'? href='https://surfspot.de/wp-content/plugins/mappress-google-maps-for-wordpress/css/mappress.css?ver=2.84.10PRO' type='text/css' media='all' /> -->

    What are your Complianz settings?? On mine, for ‘integrations’ I have everything disabled (including MapPress).

    You may need to ask the Complianz folks about this - I thought once cookies are accepted, they are no longer supposed to leave the links commented out.

    Best,
    Joerg

    Hi @surfspotde,

    Does this still happen when the MapPress and/or Google Maps integration is disabled?

    I must honestly admit, I haven’t seen this before.

    This seems to work, I’m guessing WPFC. I’m not sure what could cause this, but it’s worth trying some settings and see if disabling works. We can take it from there.

    Hi @aahulsebos,

    I′ll be damned, WPFC seems to cause the problem. As soon as that is disabled, the maps display just fine. Same when logged in as admin, because WPFC doesn′t display cached content then.

    Though I can′t figure what WPFC does to block or comment out the stylesheet – beats me. Maybe I′ll try a different caching plugin, or do you have any suggestions?

    Hi @surfspotde,

    You should be able to continue using WPFC, the easiest way to resolve the issue would be narrowing this down to one specific optimization in the WPFC plugin.

    So, disable optimizations and purge cache after each change, then visit the page in question (in an Incognito/Private Browsing window) to see if that resolves the problem. If it does, you’ll know which feature causes it, and you can then exclude MapPress/Complianz from that feature specifically.

    Hope it helps!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @jarnovos,

    you′re right, WPFC features CSS minify & combine were the ones causing the problems. Thanks a lot for your help!

    Cheers,
    Joerg
