@cburgess if you reload the page on the general Let’s Encrypt settings, the email is entered and valid?

Yes, I enter a valid email address on that page of the wizard’s general settings.

This message is returned if the wordpress is_email() function return false. Maybe you can send your email address to support(at)really-simple-ssl.com so we can test with your email address on our test server to see if it is accepted there.

Please refer to this thread in your email.

@rogierlankhorst Yes, I’m having a same problem. it does not let me add an email address in the email address field. can you please help out with this one?

in lets encrypt general setting email section is greyed out or not clickable to add any email address. so, i cannot click on save and continue unless i out the email address in.
please help.

FYI: I’m using a valid email in my WordPress admin.

@muraza @cburgess I found the problem. There was an incorrect condition on the email address, setting it to disabled. I’ve fixed it here:

It will get merged in the next release, 6.0.9.

I am having the same issue where i can not input an email address. I checked the link above but it goes to a 404

@mdlaing i see. Update your plugin to latest version it is.fixed in that.
