OTP SMS

I have the default WordPress configuration with wp-admin, wp-login.php etc.
I have successfully configured the plugin but the codes received through SMS are not working.

SMS IDs:
e94db34b-e2af-4c3a-0102-110500000f41
8cff5167-ab95-40df-0107-110500000f41
2ae2169a-52e1-4c0a-0103-110500000f41

I am not running Woocommerce, so my goal is to use the plugin only as a third layer of protection for wp-login.
