post update media library image insertion problem

    Friends, I’m having trouble adding images to the media library or new post after the update. Although the image is uploaded to the server, it appears blank. How do i fix this problem. No wp-content chmod permission issues. File sizes etc. seamless. But I can’t solve it. I need help.
