related products working only manualy

    Hey
    I set related products to be displayed according to their category but it doesn’t work
    Only when I enter a product page and do it manually its working

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    It seems like the mismatch between the category name and its slug saved on your site. Can you please share the screenshot of the plugin settings page and that of the category page (Product > Categories) to check the issue?
