I have an issue is a specific page in my site.
It keeps the page title from the previous page after I follow a link
E.g.
When I click in the link to ‘Page B’ from Page A, I get into Page B but the title is the one from ‘Page A’
If I go directly to the url of the problematic page, I have no issue.

Click ok “Vocational Meeting registration” link
You get to this page: https://lisboa2023cnc.org/en/vocational-meeting-registration/ but the title will be wrong. It will display the previous page title (Practical Information) instead of the correct title (Vocational Meeting registration)

If you close the browser tab, open a new one and go directly to: https://lisboa2023cnc.org/en/vocational-meeting-registration/, you’ll get the right page title.

This only happens with this page. Coming from the homepage, or coming from any other page linking to this one.

I already checked this it the theme team: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wrong-page-title-5/

Also disabled WPML but the problem persists…

It seems it is related with the forminator plugin.
Can you help?

I was able to replicate the mentioned issue on my end. Can you please check if removing the form from the page resolves the issue?

Thanks for sharing the form and I’m sorry for late response!

However, I just followed the guide in your initial post and the issue doesn’t seem to be happening anymore. Specifically:

– I stared on this page https://lisboa2023cnc.org/en/practical-information/ and the title was “Practical Information”

– then I clicked on “Vocational Meeting registration”

– and I was taken to the https://lisboa2023cnc.org/en/vocational-meeting-registration/ page

– the page displays Forminator form and the title it shows me is “Vocational Meeting registration”

So that seems to be fine. Did you manage to find solution meanwhile or is it “just me” and it still doesn’t work for you?

If it still doesn’t work for you, did you notice if it’s in any specific browser and/or device (if yes – what browser and OS, including version; or what type of device – e.g. PC or Mac or Android mobile etc)?

Please advise.

Check with the portuguese version of the page.

I hope you are doing well.

I may be missing something here, your form doesn’t have any hidden field that would get the title, I tied the steps with Portuguese but got “Home page” title direct or from another page:
