WP isn't sending activation email!

  • Okay I have setup a WP MU consisting of 5 Sites and now I am testing as a test user, so when I register an account by providing username and email address, I do not receive the activation email! It’s been a day now! And neither I am receiving emails to my admin email address about new sites being added and etc…What’s the problem?
