Achtung betrüger und Abzocke

  • Hatte gestern 1 Lizenz dazu kauffen wollen das ging auch nor mann kann sie nicht benutzen jetzt m?chte ich die 34 Euro wieder zurück haben und bekomme folgende antwort in Ticket.

    There are no separate 1-website and 3-website licenses. There is one Anti-Spam license which you firstly purchase for 1 website then upgraded to 3 websites. And during each payment it was taken into account that the previous license had not expired.
    If we refund you the second payment we will have to reduce the term of your Anti-Spam license for 1.5 years. If it suits you, then I will create a task for our manager.
    Jetzt wird ich bestraft und soll nur noch für 1,5 jahren eine lizenz haben anstat 3 Jahre.Einfach ne frecheit muss gleich bei ein Rechsanwald anruffen denn wird ich mal fragen wie ich vorgehen muss gegen der betrüger Firma.Schade das es keine minus gibt beim bewerten.

    I’ll try to rephrase it here.

    We provide one Anti-Spam license for the number of sites you need. And you cannot purchase separate Anti-Spam licenses for one account with a different number of sites. You can only upgrade one to more sites.

    We always take into account unused balance during upgrading the Anti-Spam license as a discount that you can see on a billing page. You can find more info in the ticket and in your CleanTalk dashboard.

    I also would like to remind you that this support forum is for plugins only and not for any premium services. Please take this into account when evaluating our plugin. We will solve all the questions you have about payment in your ticket.
