Why YOU don’t answer me on my Mail via your support form and here on this forum???

I F*** PAY for your Sh*** Software!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!

    Hi @ramos09,

I’m so sorry we’ve not gotten back to you sooner, and thank you for the information you shared.

We had an issue with Jetpack 11.5 that has been resolved in version 11.5.1. There’s more information about that in this thread. Please update your Jetpack plugin to the latest version to get the fix.

You may need to deactivate the plugin first via SSH or FTP access if you can’t access your WP Admin area because of the fatal error. You might find this article helpful for that.

Let us know how that goes and if you still encounter issues. If you have also reached out to our email support, you will hear from us soon. Thank you for your patience.
