PostToDB Error: Could not update post in the database.

hi,

recently brought new hosting and domain but Postie works only few times (2 out of 10 trigger).
support plugin enabled and sent mail as well.

database collation – utf8_unicode_ci

tried altering all table, column to utf8mb4_unicode_ci, utf8_general_ci but no luck

getting below error:

PostToDB Error: Could not update post in the database.
