【Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms】 無料版とPro版の最大文字数

    ①現在、無料版を使用しており、お問い合わせ内容に360文字以上程度入力し、
    確認画面ページへ遷移するとテキストの内容が全て真っ白になってしまいます。
    無料版の文字数制限が原因かとか思われますが認識は正しいでしょうか？

    ②Pro版に加入すれば上記現象を回避可能でしょうか？
    プラグインの説明には無料版：4KB、Pro版：5MBと記載がありますが、文字数に換算すると全角何文字になりますでしょうか？

    稚拙な質問で恐縮でございますがご教示いただけますと幸甚でございます。

    You may want to try simplifying your form to make sure you have it set up correctly first. You should still see some data when the cookie is too large.

    You can also view the cookie size by using Chrome developer tools. Here is some help on doing that: https://stackoverflow.com/a/10015468/999816

    ご返信ありがとうございます。

    入力した文字数が多く、「cf7msm_posted_data」のサイズが3000バイトを超過した場合にのみ
    確認画面が真っ白になってしまうことを確認しました。
    Cookieの削除も実施いたしましたが、同症状でした。

    すいませんが、無料版の最大文字数及びPro版の最大文字数をご教示いただけますと幸いです。

    Oh interesting. 4KB is the standard limit on most browsers, but some may have a lower limit. If you are seeing data when there are less characters entered, then it should be solved by getting the Pro version. The Pro version uses Session Storage, which again is limited based on the browser, but should be at least 5MB according to various sources.
