I’m having massive problem with the Forminator payment features.

For some reason, payment buttons do not show in front end.

I’m using Elementor Pro page builder and the payment buttons show fine in the builder.

They don’t show up at all on the front end when you actually browse the page in Firefox.

This is an ongoing problem for a long time and I see lots of other users have queried this same issue.

I don’t have Forminator pro, so if this is a pro Feature it’s not made very clear.

Furthermore, through fiddling about, it seems that Forminator (or something else) is actively hiding the buttons using CSS or some such.

Because I’ve noticed that they are initially loaded and then hidden.

    Hi @shred101,

I hope you are doing well today!

Please share an export of the form and link to a form page with us, so that we can check further.

You can find more info on how to export the form here : https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.

Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

    Kind regards,
    Zafer

Hi. Just acknowledging this. I’ll do this for you now.

So basically, I did use contact form 7, but I really want to use Forminator instead.

What I’ve done is set contact form 7 up on Standard Voiceover, and Forminator is now on the Budget Voiceover.

    https://ezwebs.co.uk/ai-voiceover/

You can see that Contact form 7 shows the “Pay with Paypal” button, while Forminator does not. I don’t know why this is happening.

Additionally, the form does seem to work on this test page https://ezwebs.co.uk/test-page/ so there is clearly a very annoying conflict somewhere

Strangely, does seem to work if it’s not mounted within a set of templates within tabs https://ezwebs.co.uk/ai-voiceover-testing/

    Hello?

    Hi @shred101,

Sorry for the delay in getting back. Regarding the issue, it seems like the plugin is no longer active on the mentioned pages, so I couldn’t check much. Are you still looking for support?

However, as you have stated it sounds more like a conflict. So to be clear is the issue only present when the form is added inside the Advanced Tab widget? Could we know which exact plugin you are using for the tabs? Is that the Essential Add-on plugin?

Maybe you could check whether there are any console errors that occur when the form is loaded to see whether it gives more clues regarding the issue noticed.

You can refer the following doc on how to check console errors:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#chrome

Please do let us know how that goes.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

    Hello @shred101 ,

We haven’t heard from you for several days now, so it looks like you don’t have any more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
