Export locations list

You can use the WordPress builtin export/import feature:

This is currently the only way to export map data.

this does not give me a listing of locations within that map. That is what I need so I can verify each of the locations from an Excel sheet

It’s not currently possible to only export your entries in an excel format. You can however, in the Pro version, have the map read from a google spreadsheet:
