    Hi there,

I just started using this plugin for voting function on my site. It’s pretty good in terms of preventing people from voting twice. Thank you for developing it! But, the vote button doesn’t respond at all on mobile when I choose a choice and press “vote.” At the beginning, the vote button didn’t work on Chrome either, it only worked on Safari. I didn’t do anything to fix it, then it just magically started working on Chrome. Now, the mobile issue needs to be solved. Could you help troubleshoot?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear @shulabot,

    Thank you for the topic.

I have?passed your case to our Development Team and they have checked it out.
They have checked and noticed that everything works fine in this regard.?

We have checked and noticed that there are some JS errors on your Console.

    See the screenshot:https://ibb.co/CPNcpcB

Due to this, not only ours but also the JS scripts of your whole website can’t work correctly.
The defer attribute is connected to the WordPress Main jQuery (to all of them).

    See the screenshot:? https://ibb.co/F7NjxGy

Due to this, the main script is being connected to the page incorrectly, the remaining scripts don’t work correctly and the error occurs.
You need to remove the defer attribute and check whether the issue persists or not.?

That means you need to do?troubleshooting?on your own, to understand which plugin is the cause.?
You need to either deactivate that plugin/option so that the defer can’t be connected to the scripts.?

    Here is a?useful link?to help you with?troubleshooting:
    https://ays-pro.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-wordpress-website

By the?way, generally, the defer attribute is added by Cache plugins.?
So, if you are currently using the Cache plugin, please deactivate it, clear all the caches, and check the case again.

We would recommend you make a?DB?backup for your safety (you can use?Updraft?Plus) so as not to lose your data.

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.?

    Thank you.
