checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty

    when i click on buy now page shows “checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty”….
    means buy now buy not does not add product to cart i tried different settings but still every time this error is coming. currently cart reset is On and buy now button redirects to check-out.. pls help
