Info banner problem

  • hello,

    I am having an error after adding Info banner.

    Instead of using the image and text side by side, I select Background and place the text on it.

    this works fine, but the Background image I added automatically shrinks vertically.

    For example, if the image size is 1100×500, it appears collapsed to 1100×200.

    how can i fix this problem?

    I fixed the problem I mentioned in the previous message.

    but now I am having an error in the slider field.

    After adding a new advanced carousel, I make all the necessary edits.

    It works fine in the desktop version.

    but the texts I added in the mobile version appear at the bottom of the picture.
