Performance issues during uploading

    Hello,

    when you upload an image to the media library the process of course is slower because of the conversion, but it appears too slow, and the user experience is very bad.
    Would it be possible to start the conversion process only after the upload and the original image preview appears in the media library?

    The user should see the original image in the media library until the webp is ready. By doing so they would not notice the work done in the background.

    Today I had to deactivate the plugin because the client thoughts the upload is too slow. And this is really a pity.
