Upload Image Accesses Websites Media Library

    Hello,

    When clicking upload image on a review that I want to post, it accesses the website’s WordPress Media Library instead of bringing up my Windows’s File Explorer or mobile device’s storage.

    Also, when clicking the upload image under My Account to upload a profile pic, it also accesses the WordPress Media Library where you can see all the uploads done by the admin on the website.

    Hi @carmpocalypse ,

    Hope you’re doing great.
    I believe that when you’re trying to upload an image on a review you’re logged into your admin account. That is why it’s bringing up the WordPress media library. You can try to upload an image with a general customer account. I hope this will also resolve the second issue.

    Hello, you are right. I was on my admin account. It works fine on customer account. Thank you.
