Services Booking Time Limit

I have created a booking form with 3 services.
It is limited to one day between the hours of 2:30 to 4:30
I would like to there to be for each of the services one slot each.
For exaple Little Oaks, Saplings and Mighty Oaks all have a time slot of 2:30 to 2:10.
Mr Bloggs books onto saplings 2:30 – 2:10 slot and Mrs Tiny Books on to the same slot on Mighty Oaks.
How can I make all 3 services have the one slot for all the 3 services.
At the moment if I book onto a mighty oak slot at lets says 3 to 3:10 all the rest of the services lose that slot, when there should be 1 free slot on saplings and one free slot on little oaks at 3 – 3:10

How this makes sense
