how to create a date of birth field?

hi, how do I create a content field for date of birth?

Field types ‘digital value’ and ‘date-time’ are the only ones that seem suitable, but neither seem to work properly. I must be doing somthin wrong, could you please help?

we use the paid version, bought on envato/codecanyon
