Custom JavaScript is not allowed on web story

    Hi Team,

    I’m facing a problem with my website kkhare.com as soon as I have started working on Web Story.

    Google console started showing an error under AMP: Custom JavaScript is not allowed.

  • Hi @erkushalkhare thanks for getting in touch. When running your Story through AMP validation I can see the errors you are referring to. It appears that the custom JavaSctipt is being placed by your hosting provider:

    I would recommend reaching out to your host regarding this and once removed your Stories should be passing AMP validation but if not let us know and we can have another look with you.

    Hi Adam,

    I have got a reply from the hosting provider

    `Thankyou for the time and patience.
    As in shared hosting unable to remove those inbuilt options
    Ultimate Linux Hosting with cPanel
    kkhare.com
    instead to minimize refer .`

    Any other solution that can help me in fixing this issue

    @erkushalkhare Unfortunately as this is placed by a third party we don’t have any control over this. To clear the AMP validation errors this custom JavaScript will need to be removed. Out of interest, can I ask who you hosting provider is?

    Just want to check I need to get Awstats & Webalizer tracking off or is there anything else that I’m missing

    Thanks I got it fixed. I have just disabled Analytics tracking from Godady
