Waiting list for event

    Hi,

    Ist there any way, that when the event is SoldOut, that the customer can write on a waiting list?

    Hi there,

    This can be achieved by running Tickera alongside WooCommerce via Bridge for WooCommerce and utilising plugins such as the one found here

    When i usw WooCommerce, i must create the Event in Tickera.
    After that i must create the Event in WooCommerce and mark it “product is a ticket”

    Ist there any easier way?
    WooCommerce i only used for waiting list

    Your assumption is correct: when running Tickera alongside WooCommerce via Bridge for WooCommerce, events are still created in Tickera (given that WooCommerce does not offer that kind of functionality) while ticket types are created as WooCommerce products. However, WooCommerce won’t be used only for the waiting list but will also take care of the whole checkout part, order management, etc.
