    Hello
    actually this is the first time i use the plugin in live payment

    I have PayPal business account

    I create sandbox test in my site and it doesn’t work

    and i tried to buy using live account
    and the money is deducted from the visa
    then
    money back again to my wallet

    why ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help. We do not know what is happening here, but you might want to take a look at the order notes (and possibly the logs in case you have “logging” enabled in the plugin settings.

    The best way forward is to engage PayPal Merchant Technical Support; they can review the transaction and possibly see why the payment was returned.

    Let me know if there is anything that is being caused by our plugin that we could help with to get resolved.

    all WooCommerce PayPal Payments users want to use the plugin without any problems, the plugin developers should try to improve the plugin to make it easy …

    PayPal sandbox also not working when i try to use the demo account to buy from demo business account .. also the process not complete

    and in live mode , i used another visa to buy and after that money returned and the process not complete

    i think the problem from PayPal
