Hi UM,

I have set up a registration form for users to upload a profile to UM. In the form, I use an image upload section where new users can upload their desired Profile image.

After the user submits, he/she is taken to the profile page automatically, but there is no profile image uploaded.

I have “imagick” activated on our server as well.

I’m clueless about what to do next. I’ve tried everything in the troubleshooting document.

Try to use the image meta_key name in lowercase characters: profilbild.

Hi Veronica, I’ve tried lowercase but that didn’t help either :-/

Look at the uploaded images with your FTP client or cPanel filemanager at:

.../wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/

where you have all user profile images per userID number.
Uploaded images are first saved at this folder:

.../wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/temp

Yeah I found the images:

The problem is that when they upload it on the registration form, and get redirected to their profile, their image they used isn’t being used as their profile image.

Any thoughts?

Hi Missveronica,

I will give that a go, meanwhile I contacted my support and they did their own tests to see if the images are being handled correctly on the server side;

Your form/plugin gives an error and the image is not assigned to the user, but the image is processed correctly and uploaded to the server.
?Also, uploading and assigning an image works afterwards when you are logged in as a user. The image processing on the server works accordingly.
?There must be a problem with the plugin.

Not sure what I’m missing?
