The footer does not respect the width and the color of the menu is crazy

Hello how are you? I have two situations:

1) I designed a new footer for the Airi Agency theme and in 2 sections it looks perfect but in the other 3 sections the footer looks limited, it does not occupy the correct width and it is floating leaving a blank space below.

2) The color of the menu is ok in all sections but there is only one section in which the color changes completely and I don’t know why. What can this be?

I am creating a website locally and then transfer it to a domain
