    Hi,

Thank you for the great plugin! It’s very useful.

I have a problem with including Google Fonts. If I include a font in two variants (regular and 700) and then select font weight 700 in Site Editor (Styles tab), the CSS code is generated properly. I can see “font-weight: 700” in CSS. However, the font is displayed as normal in all browsers. Only Safari shows the bold font.

I tried with two font families (Sarala and PT Sans).

    Thanks again,
    Milos

Hi, @hotwptemplates I just tried adding Sarala font family to TwnetyTwentyThree theme and it is working fine for me, both normal and 700 font weights.

Which font is rendering for you? Which theme are you using as base?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I was using a custom theme. However, now I tried Sarala font with TwentyTwentyThree and got the same result. This is Chrome on Mac.

The font is displayed as bold only on the Safari browser.

    Safari

    Thanks,

I’m experiencing the same issue with Firefox. Chrome and Safari display the appropriate weight. Monserrat’s multi-weights are the problem – one other script font is loading fine. According to the Network Inspector, Firefox never loads the font’s files.

    Hi again,

I uploaded a theme developed with this plugin so authors can inspect the code.

Both Sarala font weights you mentioned (400 and 700) seem to be working OK in your example site.

I see it like this: https://i.imgur.com/qRmdmuw.png

The main title is Sarala 700
The paragraph below is Sarala 400

What’s the problem and the expected result?

It works equally in Firefox and Chrome. I’m not a mac user, so I can’t test in Safari.

@spacedragon, if you still have a problem, please, create a new thread with the details of the problem, the expected result, and, if it’s possible, screenshots or a demo site. Thanks.
