    Hello!

    We have a few products on our website that contain this sign: &
    One example is:
    BBQ cover for Z1 & Z1-NG

    When someone makes a purchase on our website that includes this product, the order confirmation email writes the product title like this:
    BBQ cover for Z1 & Z1-NG

    Is there any way to avoid the “amp” from appearing?

    I am quite confused about your issue here. Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

    Meanwhile, I replicated the scenario on my test site and this is how the Order Confirmation Email looks like on my end:

    Thank you for your help!

    My mistake, I was looking at a delivery order that had this amp problem, and I assumed the same problem was occurring with the order confirmation email because the delivery order is based on the order. I made a test purchase and the problem does not occur with our order confirmation email.

    The delivery order is made via Visma business system so I think the problem is with Visma.
