Need Plug In to pull multiple RSS and tag sources as authors

Ok so I am building a new site that is a community resource for my niche. And i want to pull articles from other sites in the niche but I want the credited as the author so that the user can click the author and see there profile which provides a link and description of the original site. I also wanted to be able to carry the tags from the original sites over to my site. I would really appreciate any help on this I’m on a time crunch and I really don’t know what plug-in can do this. I’ve been searching for hours.
