After shipped is activated, you will receive your WooCommerce default email instead of the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce email you customized.
Did I miss something in the setup process?

    Hi @goodpharm,
Can you please explain more in detail?
Do you see the default shipped WooCommerce email instead of the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce email with a tracking widget?
    Thanks

    Yes, it is.
The customized email page only has a save button and the publish button is not active.

Once activated with the shipped button, you will receive a basic WooCommerce email, not an email from Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce with tracking information.

    Hi @goodpharm,
Can you please check that you have overwritten the customer-completed-order.php template in your theme/child theme?
    Thanks

There is no record of creating customer-completed-order.php. WooCommerce emails are also sent only when I write an order note. An automatic e-mail is not sent according to status change.

Do you use any email customizer plugins?

I use Mailchimp and WP SMTP without customizing

Only manually written messages are sent by e-mail, not automatic e-mails based on order status changes.
I am only using SMTP and Mailchip.

I installed and checked Email Log, but there is no record of email sending.

I also set up a WooCommerce email, and the SMTP test email was sent successfully. However, only automatic emails based on order status are not being sent. Even when I checked the email log, there was no email created in the order completion status.

Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again shipped email. If this solves the issue activate plugins one by one and see which plugin causes the conflict.

I know the reason now. When I turn off the theme and use the default theme, it’s working well. I already asked the theme creator.
    Thank you
