Hi, I am using zahls.ch plugin to make the Twint payments on our webshop, which works great. For Twint payments, zahls.ch is deducting its fees & Twint also, which is expected and clear. Now I would like to add also credit card payments (also via zahls.ch plugin), but I am not sure about fees structure. When I would activate credit cards payments in the zahls.ch portal (and also in wordpress zahls.ch plugin), zahls.ch will deduct 2.9% + CHF 0.30 for each transaction, this is clear.
But will I also need to start paying something to payrexx? This point I would like to clarify upfront, as in payrexx public price list I see the cheapest option some “checkout” option (for 15 CHF per month), which I would not like to start paying additionally.
    Many thanks for clarification

    Hi vasek608

    Thank you for your message.

No, you do not have to pay anything to Payrexx. We use Payrexx Direct and Payrexx Swiss Collecting as financial intermediary. You do not need an account with Payrexx but just have to fill in the forms in our backend.

So the transaction fee is 2.9% + CHF 0.30 per transaction. No additional costs for you (in the “Einsteiger” model).

    Does that help you?

    Best
    Ivan
