    Hello,

Could this be the reason why my website lags at times and doesn’t respond for a minute both front end and back end?

It is a possibility, to help you investigate this, please share a copy of your site’s System Status, You can find it under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

A great tool to help you monitor your cron jobs is WP Crontrol, this plugin will give you more information about the cron jobs: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/

    Hello @ihereira,

    Thanks for the reply!

    Here’s my system report

I installed the plugin you told me, and this is the tab with the events with no action https://prnt.sc/oavr-JFl4oYg

Is there something strange according to you? I think I see some events for plugins I don’t use anymore.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the report.

    WP Version: ? 6.0.2 – Налична е по-нова версия на WordPress (6.1.1)

Please consider updating your WordPress. This is for better performance of your site.

May I ask for one additional piece of information? Please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any). That will help to take a closer look.

    Hi,

    This is from November 3 – https://prnt.sc/xjAD8g1ISH3N
    This is from November 15 – https://prnt.sc/G2oeyu3BFl8J

    That’s all it is there.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info.

Be sure to your WordPress version. Then you can switch the theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce. Then please navigate to WooCommerce > status > scheduled actions > pending. And manually run any pending action (if applicable). Then give it a while to see whether the issue persists or not.

You can use the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler which is a plugin that will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch them back on. Link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/

Let us know how that goes for you.
