    I should mention that I also tried deactivating all other plugins and changing the theme to a default WordPress one.

    Hi @quantumcloud,

    It seems that you have created a user role on your end and the user is restricted to get access. Will you please check the user role setting and let me know how it goes?

    That is not correct. We tried with direct admin users. We do not have any user role manager plugin installed. Also, we tried deactivating all other plugins and changing the theme.
