Conflict with Learndash Achievements

    Hi there,
    I made an academy with Learndash. Using Uncanny for login/logout. Works well all the time. Now we have made Achievements in Learndash. When I complete the course this Achievement appears at your screen. But double. So I went to support of Learndash, they were very helpful, I discovered it wasn’t a theme issue, so that was why I contacted Learndash. They were running a conflict test and it appeared my Uncanny Toolkit gives the conflict of double the Achievements. Can you please help me out with this?!
    My client will be very happy, thanks a lot.

    Hi @kim2organize , sorry to hear about the issue.

    Did LearnDash provide any more details about what might be happening?

    When you tried a conflict test, were you able to isolate it to a specific module in the Toolkit? In other words, did you try with all modules disabled first to see if it works, then reactivate the modules you use to see which one triggers the issue?

    We unfortunately haven’t seen the issue before, so it would be great to get any details you provided to LearnDash too. A screenshot of what’s being output to users with the double achievements would help too.

    Hi, no, no more details from Learndash, they just switched off the plugin. I switched off a couple of modules en left the modules open, that are necessary to work on the site. Still have the double achievements on screen. How can I share screenshot? Learndash refers to you to run a conflict test to help with the issue.

    Hi @kim2organize , any image sharing or file transfer service is great for a screenshot. You’re also welcome to send something by email to [email protected] so we can investigate. We’ll also do some additional testing on our side to see if we can reproduce it.
