I developed a checkout page using cartflow, but when I open the cvheckout page, the product list is unenfgured, that is, after a word or two the text breaks and part of it stays in other lines, instead of the ceiling being on a single line, as there is space for it. I deactivated all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro and then reactivated them one by one. Finds that the problem is when cartflows and frenet are enabled at the same time. When I disable the frenet the problem disappears.
Do you have any guidance on how to resolve this?

I performed another test with the “Best Shipping” plugin, the same thing happened. It seems to me that cartflows DOES NOT WORK together with shipping plugins. This is very disappointing. I’ll look for a checkout customization plugin that works.
I think that’s why no one responded.

    Hello @pdmanaus,

    Sorry for the late reply.

What is the checkout layout you are using? Can you please share your checkout URL with us so that we can look into the issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Good evening!
I used store checkout template 1.
    Follow the website url: petshop.dmdunham.com.br
The site is on a subdomain as it is still under development.
I also had problem with the best shipping shipping plugin. At the moment I’m using delivery by motoboy as a shipping method. I disabled the plugins from the front that weren’t working

    Hello @pdmanaus,

    Thanks for sharing the URL.

I have tried to look into the word-break issue on the checkout page, but the issue didn’t appear for me.

    Please see this screenshot:https://d.pr/i/nefHf4.

Are there any specific steps that I need to follow to see the issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
