Where exactly are you trying to include this taxonomy? Could you maybe demonstrate with a screenshot? You could use imgbb.com for images. ??

Here I would like to put this taxonomy, maybe in another place where possible, it is important that it is on the invoice sheet so that we can easily collect our goods when shipping.

You can achieve it with a code snippet, using the wpo_wcpdf_after_item_meta action hook (see PDF template action hooks), to display extra product/item info. See some examples here: Using the template action hooks

For your specific case, you could use wp_get_post_terms or get_the_terms to retrieve the terms, and then extract the term names, like this:

$term_list = get_the_terms( $post->ID, 'taxonomy' );
$term_names = join( ', ', wp_list_pluck( $term_list, 'name' ) );
