Yes, that is possible.
will i be able to index my blog posts ,pages. that arent included in the news sitemap as we enabled this sitemap after installation ?

Do you want to know if your posts and pages that are not included in the Google News sitemap, will still be indexed by the regular search engine? Then the answer is: Yes, all your posts and pages will still be in your regular XML sitemap and will be found by search engines.
Or do you want older News posts (older than two days) that do not appear in the Google News sitemap, to be found by Google News? Then the answer is: Maybe, but not via the Google News sitemap. Make sure you set up your site in the Google News Publisher Center correctly: create news Sections that correspond with your news categories and then attribute the respective category RSS feeds.
To find the RSS feed address of a category, go to Posts > Categories and click the View link below the category. Then copy the URL from your browser address bar and use that + adding feed/ at the end.
Then make sure that you set your feeds on Settings > Reading to: (1) include the full post content and (2) include as much entries as you need Google News to go back to.
Setting this up in Publisher Center will allow Google News to find the older news items. It is then up to Google News to index them or not. There is no way to force it.
