Firewall never worked, no support, can’t even reset my password

    The firewall is included in every Wordfence license, free and paid. Further I can’t seem to find any support request about this in the free forums or the paid support tickets. If you’d be so kind as to leave details I’d be happy to see what happened. Details like what error was displayed or your environment would be helpful.

    Also, even if you can’t optimize the firewall, it still is installed and works. The firewall just loads with WordPress, instead of before WordPress.
